Tawashi Kitchen Brush - Made from firm yet pliable windmill palm, Tawashi brushes have been used to clean for centuries in Japan.
Gentle bristles, won’t scratch glassware or ceramics. Ideal for cleaning fruit, gently lifting away dirt without scratching the skin. Plain water is sufficient- no soap is needed which makes them perfect to use on a seasoned cast iron skillet.
Give your brush a thorough cleansing every few weeks by submerging in boiling water and vinegar.
