Cardamom - adds warmth and depth to baked goods, commonly used in curry dishes, Kheer and chai.  Sprinkle in coffee, tea or hot chocolate or on top of plums, apples or apricots.

Chaga  Mushroom - an adaptogen with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that makes a warm, fortifying tea.  Add about a tablespoon to 1 liter of water for at least 15 minutes, strain and enjoy.

Clove - add whole to chai tea, mulled wine and pickling spices or grind and add to pumpkin pie and Ayurvedic recipes for an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial boost.  Make clove tea with Manuka Honey to sooth a sore throat.

Peppermint - sprinkle on ice cream, in coffee or tea or to cool a spicy dish.  Peppermint freshens breathe, eases stomach discomfort, relieves headaches and so much more.

Pumpkin Spice - this autumnal blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice and clove isn't just for lattes.  Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune boosting, this magic combination of spices supports digestion and detoxification while delivering vitamins C and K and magnesium.

Shiitake Mushroom -  protect against cell damage, help your immune system, and boost white blood cell production for fighting off microbes with the help of Shiitake's anti-inflammatory polysaccharides.  Add one or two teaspoons to soups, sauces, smoothies or pasta.
