Shipping Policy
Garden Apothecary products are handmade, fresh from our apothecary in Half Moon Bay, CA. We ship weekly, via USPS. Depending on observed bank holidays, it will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to ship to continental US residents. Oversees shipping may take up to a week or longer.
The buyer is responsible for any lost or stolen packages, however we are happy to try and help you get in touch with the shipping agent USPS.
If you have not received a package due to a lost or stolen issue at your address, Garden Apothecary will not ship to this address in the future, however you are able to order online and pick up in person. If you have any shipping issues, please contact USPS with your tracking number.
Returns Policy
Garden Apothecary products are purposely unique and unlike most other skincare products. We suggest contacting us directly if you have any questions, prior to ordering.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds of our products.
We do not offer refunds on processing fees. Handling fees may be applied for certain transactions.
Should you receive damage due to shipping, please send us a detailed note with image of damage within 7 days of shipment received for an exchange. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of discussed return. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and handling fees of any returned products.

This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This information was gathered through years of botanical research, including but not exclusively from case studies published in The New England Herbal Academy, The American Botanical Council and educational statements from Mountain Rose Herbs, and beyond.
